Services for Rocky Wayne Melton , 56, of Winona, TX, are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday February 7, 2010 at Eubank Chapel with Rev. Jack Thompson officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton.

Burial will be in High Cemetery, Canton, TX.

He passed away February 4, 2010 in Henderson, TX.

Mr. Melton was born December 28, 1953 in Marshall, TX, to Cecil Wayne Melton and Mildred Ann Furrh.

He was a Christian by faith. He grew up in Dallas and graduated from Spruce High School in Dallas. He moved to Canton in the 1970 's. He was a truck driver for many years. He loved to fish and spend time with his family.
Rocky was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Wayne Melton and a daughter, Kimberly Melton.

Stephanie Melton of Winona, TX.
5 Grandchildren: Blane Melton, Brylee Melton, Brandon Melton, Haden Phillips and
Cheyenne Phillips
Mother: Mildred Ann Wilcox of Carrollton, TX.
Brother: Leslie Melton of Mesquite, TX.
Step Mother: Sharon Melton of Canton, TX.

Pallbearers: Jeff Stalnaker, Leslie Melton, Josh Wilkerson, Jay Faglie, Jerry Don Faglie, Carter Clark

Family will receive friends Saturday 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
