She passed away July 17, 2012 in Dallas, TX. Mrs. McCoy was born August 14, 1943 in La Mesa, TX, to Volney and Ruby Arnett Hill. She was a member of LifeHouse Fellowship Church at Myrtle Springs. Arnette grew up in Lubbock, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech and UTEP. She owned her own business, worked at the battered womens shelter, and was a talented artist. Arnette was very spiritual and loved teaching, horses, animals, and flowers. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Surviving are Husband, Jon McCoy of Edgewood, TX, Daughter, Casi & Nat Russo of Pflugerville, TX, Son, Chris & Kam McCoy of Austin, TX, Grandson, Nicolas Russo of Pflugerville, TX, Granddaughter, River Sue McCoy of Austin, TX, Granddaughter, Lake Blue McCoy of Austin, TX, Sister, Marilyn Fisher of Houston, TX, Sister, Jeanette Hawkins of Muskogee, OK, Brother, Charles Hill of Buda, TX, and horses, Stormy & Hope.
